A Clear Understanding
A clear understanding of contract documents & and an in-depth constructability review

The scope of work
As the cost estimate process develops with General Contractor, an initial scope of work summarizing items included will be sent prior to bid due date. This minimizes scope gaps and ensures our client has a complete scope of work for the project ahead.

POST-BID REVIEW
At this phase of pre-construction, we confirm project's start date & understand final logistics established by General Contractor.

Project AWARD
In addition to the Project Manager, a dedicated on-site superintendent will be appointed to your project and from there, the work will commence.
Project Manager will manage submittals, RFI's, schedule of values and insurance requirements.

PROJECT CONSTRUCTION
During this phase we will be with you day to day to ensure critical path activities stay on track. Project Manager will ensure Submittal packages are being sent in a timely manner to ensure a smooth material procurement process.

Project cLOSEOUT
Closeout & punchlist, we will manage end-user maintenance manuals and warranties & complete punchlist associated with our scope of work.
